Oabu Garden Offices

We supply the entire range of Oabu pressure treated, lined and insulated garden offices. Each office comes framed in 50mm x 75mm framework, and is fully lined with polystyrene or high-grade thermal insulation.

The buildings can be clad in 19mm traditional shiplap, 22mm logboard or 38mm logboard. The buildings also come with Isola fibreglass reinforced shingles as standard, and are fitted with softwood double-glazed doors and windows.

The positions of doors and windows can be specified with your order, so that the building is tailor made to fit your space, and internal partitioning can be fitted to meet your exact requirements.

For home-based businesses, if your Garden Office is a legitimate company expense and the company is VAT registered you will be entitled to claim the full amount of VAT back immediately after construction

A range of fully insulated, lined and double glazed buildings that are designed for year round use. All walls use a one way vapour barrier between the external clad and the building frame and a 50mm polystyrene infill between the exterior and interior clads.

The walls are internally cladded with 15mm vertical boarding. Roofs are underfelted and covered with fibreglass reinforced high grade felt shingles.

Any configuration can be constructed – start with a building shell then work out door and window positions, internal partitioning and whether a full width or inset verandah is required.
